What are Loyalty Points?

As a way of saying “thank you” to each and every one of our customers for using our website and making purchases, we reward your patronage with our Loyalty Points program.
Every product you purchase earns you Loyalty Points you can use to discount the cost of your next purchase, or bank enough up until that next toy is FREE!
When you make a purchase or submit a product review, we will automatically add your Loyalty Points to your account.

How can I earn points?

Making a purchase:

Your account will be credited with Loyalty Points for each product you buy on our website.
The amount of Loyalty Points you will earn for each product is displayed when you click to see the product details, and 20 points translates to $1
The entire amount of Loyalty Points you will earn for your order will be shown to you when you click on your shopping cart and begin placing your order via our secure checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, your Loyalty Points will be applied to your account automatically
Although we advise signing up before you begin placing your order, if you want to check out as a guest you can still sign up afterwards with the same email address and your Loyalty Points will be linked.

Writing product reviews:

We want to know what’s good and what’s great. We also want to know what isn’t.
We can’t possibly test every toy ourselves (we’d never get any real work done!) so we welcome all members to post their product reviews, and as a thank you, we will give $1 in Loyalty Points for each review approved.
Your feedback helps us to ensure we’re only offering quality products that get the job done

How can I spend my Loyalty Points?

Simply sign into your account when making your next purchase and the option to redeem your points on the checkout page will appear.
You have complete control over if, and how many, Loyalty Points you wish to spend towards the products in your cart.
Our Loyalty Points never expire so feel free to spend or save!

Your account page keeps track of your Loyalty Points balance and which order or product review they were earned from.
This will give you a summary of your total balance and a detailed breakdown of how each loyalty dollar was earned or spent.
It will show you the products you’ve bought and the reviews you’ve written to earn your Loyalty Points, as well as how many Loyalty Points you’ve used in the past.
